Can be insulated or non insulated, This type of roof comes in many colors and many different layer varriations. Our standard modified bitumen system is a double layer self adhered. 

Different thicknesses of insulation are avaliable for this type of roof as well, the thicker the insulation the higher the cost of material but also the higher the R-Value of your roof system which may likley offer energy saving benefits.
